Frank Hobson is an experienced Consulting and Human Resources professional. A graduate of Imperial College, London, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting, he has held senior personnel management posts within blue chip companies in electronics, engineering, transport, retail and pharmaceuticals before developing his consultancy career which includes a seven-year period with a major UK practice.
Frank Hobson Consulting provides down-to-earth practical solutions to help clients optimise their organisation, pay and reward and HR strategies providing tailored solutions to meet clients’ individual needs through a range of assignment models: strategy and option reviews, implementation planning and support, call-off support and advice, and interim management. Assignments are based on an agreed definition of the work to be undertaken and regular feedback throughout.
